Attorney Guida receives hundreds of emails and phone calls every month from potential clients, firearms dealers and law enforcement agencies seeking his extensive knowledge and expertise on firearms law. Our office works diligently to respond to emergencies and provide appropriate, individualized attention to everyone.

When you contact our office during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm), you should expect to first speak with a confidential legal assistant who will gather essential information about your case/issue. Our confidential legal assistants will review your matter (along with any supporting documents you provide) as soon as possible with Attorney Guida. In most instances Attorney Guida will recommend a particular service that he provides and you will receive a follow-up phone call with information about that service.

When you contact our office outside of normal business hours (weekends, evenings and holidays), you should expect a similar response from our office on the next business day.

DO NOT HESITATE to call or email our office if you are involved in a self-defense incident, arrested, charged with a crime or being sought by law enforcement. We monitor all contacts to our office to ensure that we respond to emergencies as soon as practicably possible.
